Natural Tea Leaves /Daun semulajadi
You can either drink it after lunch or at night before sleep ( boleh diminum selepas makanan tengah hari atau selepas makanan malam)
Ambik 3-4 keping daun. Masukkan dalam cawan dan tuangkan air panas. Rendam helaian teh selama 10 minit. Sedia dihidangkan. Air panas boleh diisi semula sebanyak 3 kali(daun tidak perlu ditambah).
Option 1 (After Lunch)
Drink the tea 2 hours after finishing your lunch. Do not consume immediately after having your meal. Brew the tea for 15 minutes in hot water and try to drink atleast 2 glasses (refill the same glass, do not add extra leaves)
Option 2 (Night before sleep)
Take the tea 1 hour before sleep. Brew the tea in hot water and drink atleast 2 glasses (refill the same glass, do not add extra leaves) ensure your last meal is 2 hours before taking
the tea.
