🌿FAQ
Q1. Can we apply the product and leave it for a long time like a clay/sheet mask?
A1. No, we don’t recommend leaving the product on skin for a long time because it works like a cleanser.
Pore care is available just by massaging the product gently on skin.
Q2. Why are there cracks on the edge of the product?
A2. Due to the cooling process for making balm-type products, there could be some cracks, which is normal.
Q3. How should I keep the product?
A3. Because of the balm type texture that could melt depending on the temperature, oil could be seen on the surface of the product if it is kept in the place with high temperature.
We recommend keeping product at room-temperature level to prevent above situation.
