To Steam:
Steam 600gm of fish for 10 minutes.Pour in 1 packet of IKAN BRAND Asam Style Fish Paste. Let it steam for another5 minutes. (Approx : 15 minutes)
To Stir-fry:
Stir-fry 600gm of Prawn / Squid /Chicken together with 1 packet of IKAN BRAND Assam Style Fish Paste . Add in 200mlwater (1 cup). Continue cooking until boil and serve hot.

Chili Boh, Tamarind Juice, Sugar, Onion, RBD Palm Olein, Lemongrass,Torch GingerFlower, Salt, Natural Mackerel Fish Powder (Contain Fish), Garlic, Galangal, Tumeric and Ginger.
