👉 INGREDIENTS :
Astragalus (China) 35g, Sanbong (Korean) 14g, Orchid (China) 12g, Daechwi (Korean) 4g, Licorice (Russia) 3g, Angelica (China) 2g
👉 METHOD OF COOKING :
1. Put the herbal ingredients into a pot with 2L of water and boil over high heat.
2. Once the water started to boil, reduce the heat to medium and boil for 10 minutes. Then put in the washed chicken.
3. Reduce the heat to low and boil the chicken and soup for 40-60 minutes.
4. Add some fresh aromatic ingredients for better flavor : Scallions, Onions, Vegetables, Salt etc.
