Poor quality. Received a scratch and dirty mop. Mop was sealed well in plastic, how can it be dirty and scratch ? Like rejection item get re-sealed and resell. Better for me to buy at Ninso or MR.DIY for good quality and cheap price instead of buying here.

Wet tissue is not wet. followed the description that written (basah) to buy but when received and open is totally dry like a normal tissue that shouldnβt happen to wet tissue. After reports, seller keep giving excuses or didnt get any proper explanation or even apologise.
