🔥 Serbuk Jeli V-GEL/KONNYAKU/GELATIN 10g 🔥
INSTRUCTIONS / ARAHAN:
Serbuk Jeli KONNYAKU 10g
i. Mix 10g of Konnyaku Jelly Powder, 250g sugar and 1 litre water.
Campur 10g Serbuk Jeli Konnyaku, 250g gula dan 1 liter air.
ii. Cook until boiling and well dissolved.
Masak sehingga mendidih dan larut.
iii. Add any fruits into mould as desired.
Tambahkan buah-buahan ke dalam acuan mengikut kesukaan anda.
iv. Pour the konnyaku mixture into mould.
Tuangkan adunan konnyaku ke dalam acuan.
v. Cool down before chilling in fridge for at least 1 hour and serve cold.
Biar sejuk sebelum dimasukkan dalam peti sejuk untuk sekurang-kurangnya 1 jam sebelum dihidang sejuk.
Serbuk Jeli V-GEL 10g (Vegetarian Gelatin Powder)
*Act as vegan setting agent which is same effect as gelatine*
> Add V-gelatin Jelly Powder to hot water (ratio of gelatin to water according to recipe) and beat briskly using fork. The gel solution is ready to be used for your recipe.
> Tambahkan Serbuk Jeli V-gelatin dengan air panas (sukatan adalah mengikut resepi) dan pukul dengan cepat menggunakan garfu.

> Stir Gelatin Powder with cold water to avoid lumping. Let it stand for 5 minutes to absorb water. Then heat it until dissolved or combine with hot liquid and stir until dissolved.

> Kacau Serbuk Gelatin dengan air sejuk untuk mengelakkan ketulan terjadi. Biarkan selama 5 minit untuk menyerap air. Kemudian, panaskan sehingga larut atau campur dengan cecair panas dan kacau sehingga larut. Cecair gel sedia digunakan untuk resipi anda.
