Cuci rambut anda dengan syampu (brand syampu apa pun boleh). Selepas itu keringkan rambut anda menggunakan hair dryer ataupun menggunakan tuala.
Lumurkan krim Berina pada seluruh rambut (Lumurkan krim menggunakan tangan atau menggunakan berus lembut. Jangan gunakan sikat kerana rambut akan tertarik). Pastikan setiap helai rambut anda mengenai krim tersebut.Kemudian biarkan selama 30 - 60 minit (jangan lebih 60 minit) untuk krim itu meresap kedalam rambut.kemudian bilas rambut anda dengan air bersih dan keringkan rambut dengan tuala. Bagi rambut yang panjang boleh pakai iron rambut. Yang berambut pendek option samada nak guna iron rambut atau pun tidak.
Selepas rambut telah kering dan diiron, lumurkan krim 2 keatas rambut dan pastikan rata seluruh rambut. Kemudian sikat rambut dengan cermat dan biarkan selama 25 – 45 minit (jangan melebihi 45 minit). Krim 2 adalah bertujuan untuk meneutralkan vitamin dalam rambut anda dan menghapuskan bau krim 1. Selepas itu bilas dan keringkan rambut anda dan gunakan iron rambut untuk kali kedua
