1 roll = 0.45m x 10m cover 4.5 m2

In feet, 1 roll = 1.476ft x 32.8ft cover 48.4 square feet

 

A wall which is 9 feet height & 10 feet width. 9 x 10 = 90 square feet

90 ÷ 48.4 = 1.86 rolls, so 2 rolls are enough

 

A room with a door, a window and 4 walls, which are 2 (9ft x 9ft) & 2 (9ft x 11ft).

2 (9ft x 9ft) + 2 (9ft x 11ft) - door (3ft x 7 ft) - window (4ft x 4ft)

= 162 sqft + 198 sqft - 21 sqft - 16 sqft = 323 square feet

323 ÷ 48.4 = 6.67 rolls, so you need to buy 7 rolls.
