Allergens: The ingredients of this product contains grains with gluten, soybeans, peanut and sesame.
•Snail Noodle Cooking Method:
1. Place noodles in pot of cool water and bring water to boil. Adjust the temperature to medium heat and cook for 8 minutes. Strain Out the water once cooked.
2. Refill pot with 400ml of cool water and add in the ingredient bags (excluding chili oil, tofu skin bag and peanut bag. Cook until it boils and then pour into a bowl.
3. Add on the remaining ingredients on top of the bowl of noodles.
•Sour & Spicy Noodles Cooking Method:
1. Add an appropriate amount (approx. 1L) of water to a pot and bring the water to a boil.
2. Spread and loosen the noodles then place in boiling water and cook for 4-5 minutes.
3. Strain the noodles and place in a bowl, add in all the ingredient bags.
4. Add about 450 ml of boiling water, stir well and it is ready to be served.
