Micronized creatine monohydrate and amino acids blend that supports lean muscle and boosts muscle energy production by boosting training intensity and endurance.
Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate: Increases strength & muscle development & maximizes muscle performance.
Glycine: Assists with muscle repair and helps fuel muscles during exercise.
Taurine: Reduces fatigue and decreases muscle damage caused by exercise.
Recommended Use
•Mix ±1 scoop (5,5 g) with 150 - 200 ml water, protein powder or mass gainer.
•Take 1 - 2 servings daily, 30 minutes before or immediately after exercise, or on non-training days, after waking up.
•Servings may be doubled, if required.
•Can be used for creatine loading.
•Note that the beneficial effects of creatine will only be obtained with a daily intake of at least 3 g creatine.
