Used as a Moroccan Bridal ritual in the Sahara to have the most beautiful glowing skin on the wedding day. FOR FACE OPTION 1: 1/8 tsp Nila Powder 1 tbsp Natural Yogurt. Mix and Apply the Nila mask on a clean dry face. Leave the mask on for 15 min or until dry but not completely. Avoid under eyes, wash your face with lukewarm water and your regular soap. Repeat this Mask every week 2 to 3 times for amazing results. OPTION 2: 1/8 tsp of Nila Powder 1 tbsp of Argan Oil or any oil that suit your skin Apply the mixture on a clean dry face, leave the mask on for 15 min, avoid under eyes, wash your face with lukewarm water and your regular soap. Repeat this Mask every week 2 to 3 times for amazing results. OPTION 3: 1/8 tsp Blue Nila 1tbsp Clay 1tsp Rose Water Start first with 1 part Clay, add 2 part liquid warm water, mix well until runny paste then add Nila and Rose Water. Apply the mixture on a clean dry face, leave the mask on for 10 minutes or until dry but not completely, avoid under eyes, wash your face with lukewarm water and your regular soap. Moisturize your skin. Repeat this Mask every week 2 to 3 times for amazing results. FOR BODY OPTION 1: 1 tbsp of Blue Nila Half cup of Olive oil Mix the mask in a small bowl, Let it sit before using it for a few minutes in a large bowl of warm water. Apply the mixture on a damp skin in the shower, make sure the mask is not hot, leave the mask on for 10 minutes, rinse the mask completely, Scrub your skin by using a loofah or kessa glove, and wash with your regular soap. FOR HAIR Half teaspoon Nila Powder Half teaspoon rosemary Oil Half glass olive oil Put the mixture in a small bowl, Let it sit in a large bowl of warm water for 30 minutes, apply the mask to your scalp and hair, massage for a few minutes, wrap your head with a damp warm towel and leave it on for at least one hour. Wash with your regular shampoo, repeat the mask once a week. If you use henna on your hair, you can add Blue Nila to it. Little bit goes a long way, no need to add a lot of Nila to your mask, mostly just a little pinch is enough.
