Product description
EQUIPMENT
Tanks must be lined with PVC, polyethylene, polypropylene, Koroseal or Type 316 Stainless steel Evenly distributed, moderate, filtered air agitation is recommended. A tantalum or stainless steel heating/cooling coil is recommended for temperature control.
OPERATING CYCLE
1. Acid zinc plate.
2. Water rinse.
3. Water rinse.
4. Water rinse.
5. Immerse in yellow solution..
6. Water rinse, cool
7. Dry at less than 150° F (66° C). NOTE: Temperatures exceeding 160° F (71° C) will dry out the chromate film thus reducing its corrosion resistance.
