Happy with the purchase, items received in a very secure condition, item is Apple original product BUT… I placed order on 12/12 during sales, and received item on 19/12. Quite disappointed until I read the review that it says that this is a pre-order basis and will take some time to deliver.

Authentic product, but the delivery process is definitely slow compared to market standard. Took 4 working days (Sat, Sun and holiday not included) to ship and without tracking info available. If you’re in a hurry, might consider other authorized Apple products resellers.
