Prima Bread Flour
A high protein flour, best used for making all varieties of bread, buns and other flour-based products.
Prima Self Raising Flour
Contains leavening agents, best used for baking cakes and cookies. Excellent as a batter for frying chicken, fish, prawns and banana fritters.
Cake Flour
Cake flour is a low protein flour that’s milled into a fine consistency. It contains about 7-9% protein, while all-purpose flour, a harder flour, has anywhere between 10-12%.
Plain Flour
All purpose flour, best used for making cakes, pancakes, pastries and batter. Also ideal for Oriental specialities like Chinese dumpling, Chinese dough fritters () and roti prata.

Best for making Hong Kong type steamed buns , mooncakes, dumpling skin, Japanese cotton cheese cake, steamed cake
