1. Fill the ice pack with water.
2. Water does not exceed the maximum line (200ml / 400ml) on the ice pack packaging.
3. Put ice pack aside about 3-5 minutes to wait for ice pack swell/kembang.
4. Store ice pack into the freezer for about 10-12 hours.
5. Start use ice pack.
6. Ice pack will met after 5-8 hour, just re-store the ice pack into freezer, after 10-12 hour can re-use.

4. Simpan ais pack ke dalam peti sejuk selama kira-kira 6-10 jam, akn jadi maca ais ketul
5. Mula menggunakan ais pack.
6. Ais pack akan cair setelah 5-8 jam, simpan semula ais pack ke dalam peti sejuk, setelah 10-12 jam dapat digunakan lagi.
