Put the dried rice noodles in cold water and start cooking. After the water boils, cook for another 10 minutes. The ratio of rice noodles to water is about 1:4 (Friendly reminder: use as much water as possible).
Turn off the heat and cover the pot for 5 minutes. Check the softness of the rice noodles. If there is still a hard core, extend the cooking time.
Rinse the cooked rice noodles in cold water 2-3 times.
Boil the homemade soup ingredients, add the rinsed rice noodles, and boil before consumption.
Method 2:
Soak the dried rice noodles in cold water for 2 hours. The soaked rice noodles should not be taken out and left in the air. When the water boils, put the soaked rice noodles directly into the boiling water and cook until the rice noodles are softened without any hard core.
Rinse the cooked rice noodles in cold water 2-3 times.
Boil the homemade soup ingredients, add the rinsed rice noodles, and boil before consumption.
