•The warranty covers repair or at the option of FIAMMA SDN.BHD. replacement of any parts proven to be defective due to defective workmanship or materials provided that the purchase of the product was made from an authorised dealer of FIAMMA SDN. BHD.
•This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

•Abnormal voltage or the use of generator and/or used not in accordance with the operating manual.
•Misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, rough handling and transportation howsoever caused.
•Normal wears and tears components.
•Product that has been used for trade, commercial or used in other than its intended usage.
•Lightning, natural disaster, pest attacks, external fire, improper installation/maintenance or use in violation.
•Cleaning, reconditioning and lubrication.
4. The following accessories shall be free from defects at the time of delivery and therefore shall not be covered under this warranty:

•Worn Head/All External Part Accessories
•Knobs/Cover/Glass/Glass Cover/Screen
•Remote Control/Batteries
•Shelves/Trays/Light Bulb/Hose/Frame
•Jar/Pot

•Fan Blade/Castor/Wheels
•Rusty/Dented/Scratches/Burnt or Water Marks
•All External Part Accessories
5. This warranty will be null & void in any of the following events:
•If any item contained in this warranty card hasbeen tampered with or altered in any way without the prior written consent of FIAMMA SDN. BHD., request for warranty services within the warranty period must be accompanied with this Warranty Card and original proof of purchase.
