Zenwell Chia Seeds derive from the plant Salvia hispanica L. Chia seeds contain large amounts of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, plenty of high-quality protein, and several essential minerals and antioxidants.
Serving suggestion:
- Sprinkle a few teaspoons into breakfast cereal (hot or cold) salads, soups, or stews.
- Add a teaspoon into salad dressings, sauces, marinades, or cake/ muffin/ bread batter.
