Seller hantar barang dengan bungkusan tanpa wrap.. courier hantar letak di luar rumah tempat tidak beratap.. hujan. Bila tanya courier spttnya balut barang properly with plastic wrap. Now my smart tag kena hujan. Courier kata tiktok n seller responsible. Boleh terurn semula if anything happen.
