Potato Bread Premix For Baking

 

Recipes  ：

Premix Powder 500gm

Egg 100gm

Shortening 250gm

Water  200gm

Butter 63gm

 

Method  ：

1. Put Premix Powder,Egg,Water mix for 10 minutes

2. Add in Shortening and butter mix well for 2-5 minutes.

3. Rest the bread dough for 1 hour, cover with wet cloth.

4. Roll dough into small dough and rest for 30 minutes

5. Shapping the dough to desired shape，let the dough raise 40 minutes or double the size.

6. Brush egg wash at surface before bake.Bake at 200c for 15-20minutes.
