Temperature will change anytime follow the room temperature/ weather/ body temperature or what method u using. Don't have a specify time usage after make it Hot/ Cold. If not enough hot/cold just continue to correct temperature.

 

Reusable hot cold pack don't have a specify lifetime. The lifetime is depends on how you use the product.

28 x 13cm (280g+-) 2 colors Navy Blue & Black available.

Application: Hot

Microwave:

Less than 30seconds

(If the gel pack in the room temperature)

Less than 1 minute

(If the gel pack from frozen)

 

Check that temperature If not enough please continue less than 10seconds per time each until the suitable temperature. Do not directly put one time over 30sec.

 

Time are based on A600W Microwave

Adjust heating times accordingly to suitable

Power of your microwave.

 

Hot Water:

Put in the boiling water around 4-10mins. Do not directly put on top of stove ya

After 4mins, Check every 1 minutes whether suitable temperature for yourself.

Check that temperature If not enough please continue 1 minutes per time each.

 

Application: Cold

Stored in Freezer at least 1 hour or more longer. If not enough cold can stored more longer again or continue to correct temperature. The gel pack can’t freeze like a stone, it will be like smoothie and suitable for applying on our body. If it’s too hard or thick, it cannot be used properly.

 

Hot Cold Pack has no fixed thickness basically. Our product only follow size & weight. Customer will only consider size & weight, not consider thickness before purchase.

 

Gel not a solid material. It’s soft material, can be easily pushed and flattened, at the same time will shown different thickness while pushing.

 

The actual thickness/size is suitable for applying on our body parts. Some customer use for treatment need to push, fold or bend the gel pack or etc. If too thick or heavy, it cannot be used properly.

 

Caution: whether used hot or cold it is advisable to check that the temperature is not too extreme against the skin. It is recommended that the gel pack is wrapper in cloth before applying to skin
