Ingredients: Tapioca starch 85%, rice starch 15%
- Dissolve 340g of flour with 510 ml of water, stir until dissolved.
- Ripe porcelain bananas (2 kg) cut about 1cm thin, marinated with sugar 200g - 230g (depending on preferences).
- Put all (flour, bananas, sugar) in the pot and put on a small fire stirring until you feel a little heavy hands (i.e. thick paste slightly) is okay.
- Pour the mixture into a basket, with cooking oil
- Bring the pot of water to a boil, put the cake in steaming for about 20 minutes is cooked (depending on the thickness or thinness).
- Steamed banana bread served with cooked coconut milk, roasted sesame
Storage: Maintain in cool, dry and hygienical place.
