1.Online E-receipt is needed for product exchange within 5 days(Peninsular) and 7 days (Sabah/Sarawak) after product received.

2.The exchange product must be in the same condition(unworn/unused) as you received. It must also be in the original packaging (shoes box or any well packed packaging, etc). Any damages to the purchase items will be strictly not acceptable for exchange. Postage fees will be borne by buyer.

3.Exchange only can be allowed with the same design and colors. If the item is out of stock, you can exchange with another design that is equivalent or there will be an additional charge if the new item is higher than the purchased product.

4.We only replace items with a new pair if they are defective or damaged caused by factory. Postage fees will be borne by seller.
