Warranty Policy                                

1.The warranty is automatic activated upon mattress ship out date from seller warehouse, your mobile number registered in order automatic registered as warranty reference number.     

2.The warranty is not transferable.            

3.The warranty is deemed void if the labels are removed or altered.            

4.The company offers a full 10 years limited warranty against manufacturing defects and faulty materials. This does not include when satisfied with the manufacturing defects and faulty materials, repair or replace the defective product free of change.                    

5.The Company will at its discretion when satisfied with the manufacturing defects and faulty materials, repair or replace the defective product free of charge.                

6.Transportation cost shall be borne by purchaser.     

7.The Company reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality if identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement.                        

8.The Company also reserves the right to refuse service if products are deemed to be in unsanitary condition.
