Product description
The TRIZACT 6 INCH SANDPAPER is a high-performance sanding tool designed for precision surface finishing. Utilizing unique Trizact technology, it delivers consistent sanding results with an even finish. TRIZACT 6 INCH SANDPAPER ultra-fine abrasive is ideal for final polishing and fine sanding on various surfaces, including metal, plastic, and painted surfaces. Its distinctive structure not only extends the lifespan of the sandpaper but also reduces dust generation. The 6-inch size makes it compatible with most polishing machines and sanding tools.
ENSURE the backup pad shaft is fully seated in the tool collect or properly secured to the tool per the manufacturer's recommendations. Center disc properly on backup pad.
CHECK to make sure the tool does not run faster than the maximum operating speed (MOS).
Certain coated abrasive discs do not have an MOS rating and so the MOS of the backup pad should be used.
The MOS of Roloc discs, certain coated abrasive discs, and surface conditioning discs, is located on the box.
The MOS of Bristle discs is molded into the back of the disc.
The MOS of Brushion discs is on the label on the back side of the disc.
