CARA PENYEDIAAN
1) Bancuh serbuk rempah dengan sedikit air yang bersih mengikut jumlah ayam/daging/ikan yg sesuai
*Boleh ubah suai ikut selera anda
2) Perap sekurang-kurangnya 1 jam (simpan dalam peti sejuk) untuk rasa lebih sedap perap semalaman di dalam peti sejuk
3) Goreng ayam/daging yang siap diperap dalam minyak penuh bersuhu 165c -175c dengan api sederhana

PREPARATION METHOD
1) Mix the spice powder with a little clean water according to the appropriate amount of chicken/meat/fish
*Can be modified according to your taste
2) Marinate for at least 1 hour (keep in the fridge) for a better taste marinate overnight in the fridge
3) Fry the marinated chicken/meat in full deep oil at a temperature of 165c -175c with medium heat
