Iron, Activated carbon, Water, Salt, Vermiculite (Mineral)

How to use?

1. Tear open packaging. Upon contact with air. The patch will heat up on its own within 5 mins.

2. Peel and Paste onto underwear or on abdomen according to your preferred heat level.

3. After every hour of use. Remove products for at least 5 mins to let you skin rest. Prolonged contact with low hear may cause burns.
