3. How does the delivery work?

We have our own transport team to deliver orders across West Malaysia. We also do collaborate with third party lorries to provide coverage to certain areas. We will inform you the estimated delivery date before we deliver, if you cannot receive on that date, we will reschedule the delivery.

 

4. Do you deliver to East Malaysia/ Langkawi/ Labuan?

No, we deliver only Peninsular Malaysia. (JB, MLK,N9, KL, SELANGOR, PERAK, PENANG, KEDAH, PERLIS, PAHANG, TERENGGANU & KELANTAN)

 

5. How long does the delivery take?

The shipping takes within 5-21 days for orders within Peninsular Malaysia depending on the areas.

 

6. Delivery fee

Unlike other goods, furnitures are heavy and bulky, we charge minor delivery fee across Peninsular Malaysia. Please note that labor charges will be applied for condominiums, apartments or shop lots without lift access.

 

7. How to install the dining set? ️

No installation needed, we will help you install the dining set when it arrives.

 

8. Can I customize or modify the products? ️

We can customize the upholstery of the furnitures for you but we cannot customize the size.
