Electromagnetic induction sealing machine @ Household iron (for small business)
📝 DIRECTIONS ;
❗️BY ELECTROMAGNETIC INDUCTION SEALING MACHINE ❗️
1) Measure the diameter of jar ring (allow the jar ring diameter +- 2mm smaller than liner diameter)
2) Wipe the jar ring to ensure its completely clean & dry
3) Place the liner into the bottom of jar cap (paper pulp is facing the bottom of jar cap & aluminium sticker is facing the mouth jar ring)
4) Tighten the jar cap
5) Then apply the electromagnetic induction sealing machine for inductively seal
6) Unscrew the cap, the liner strongly sealed onto the jar ring & the jammed paper pulp will stay into the bottom of jar cap 🤩
7) Open the liner & enjoy the freshness of the product 👍
❗️BY HOUSEHOLD IRON❗️
1) Measure the diameter of jar ring (allow the jar ring diameter +- 2mm smaller than liner diameter)
2) Wipe the jar ring to ensure its completely clean & dry
3) Place the liner onto the jar ring (paper pulp on top & aluminium sticker onto the mouth jar ring)
4) Heat the iron to the highest temperature
5) Then apply the iron onto the liner starting from 1 corner, then to another 3 corners, lastly rotate it to the entire surface of liner until suddenly the paper is pulled out by itself
6) Liner strongly sealed🤩😍
7) Tighten the cap
8) Open the cap then the liner & enjoy the freshness of the product 👍
