Describe my method: only apply one dot of cream on each mole, dip a toothpick into a small amount of cream and apply it on the mole, do not spread it over a large area, do not exceed the boundaries of the mole, and immediately wipe off any excess cream with a cotton swab if it goes beyond the mole.
