The process of handling the shipment by J&T was a lot of carelessness and caused parcel/product damage while delivering to customers.

** Even though we have try to impose the stronger and firmly protection on our product. Or try several packaging methods to pack up parcel. We tried all the way we can do on product's protection. But still, the logistic is still making our product damage during the shipment process.

Hereby, we notice to all our customers, we are no longer provide any warranty on bended product or damage caused by logistics.
