do not purchase from this shop! firstly, the necklace were supposed to have pearls but it did not. secondly, the beads in the earrings do not even match the necklace. seller refuses to admit their mistake although i have provided pictures saying “they only accept videos”. do not recommend at all

Should improve on the packaging method, wouldn't cost much to bubble wrap the product I guess,they could have even charged us the incurring cost and their customer service could be better too.A simple apology would do the job but instead they asked us for a video proof when i clearly attached a pic.
