love this! I do 300-500 reps a day. I feel more alert and this is how I warm up before I workout. This is 40 days of before and after. Iβve been using the 60lb ball for 20 days now and I wish they would make an 80lb ball. Hopefully in 90 days Iβll look like a pit bull lol.
