1. Delivery - Estimated delivery time - 1 to 5 days
2. Stardard Delivery - We use courier service to ship the parcel. Our kimchi are freshly made on the day we ship it. We pack our kimchi with high standard to allow the kimchi continue to ferment naturally in room temperature during delivery.
3. Package - Our kimchi are packed in a properly sealed high quality food grade vaccum bag that allow the package to bloat during kimchi fermentation process. The vaccum bag is then wrapped by a layer of transparent stretch film that helps to keep most of the kimchi smell inside the package so that you may receive the parcel at your workplace without bothering others. The third layer is a Ziplock Aluminium Packing Bag before the package is placed in a box that protect the package from any damage or pressure. Lastly a courier plastic bag is used to protect the parcel from getting wet during delivery.
4. Fermented naturally - Kimchi continue to ferment as it ages, it will become sourer and softer. If you don't like aged (sourer) kimchi, try using them to make kimchi fried rice, kimchi jigae etc.

•Why Kimchi package bloated?
Bloating due to Kimchi fermentation process, it is normal and the kimchi is safe to consume, please do not worried.
•How do you know if kimchi turn spoil if you keep your kimchi in refrigerator for quite some time?
Spoiled kimchi is marked by mold growing on it, not by sourness! If your kimchi turn sour after you keep it for some time, try to use it in your cooking.
