The packaging was EXTREMELY wrecked like oh my god and the metal was dent good thing it didn't affect the glass that much there was a bunch of scratches on the glass and there's no hole for the steam to come through there's only 1 level of heat I can turn to but overall I can still use it

The quality is suitable with the price . But the rice cooker doesnt hve an adjust button tu control the temperature . The food has burning smell . And i think this item suitable for soup or boiling only . Not for frying or steam rice .
