Miyama tasted nutty and umami. Not bitter and it whisked well. Not grainy. Overall nice to drink as a latte or on its own.

Harvested from the single-estate Yabukita, the strict application of the shading process has produced this ceremonial grade Matcha. Its bright green sheen dictates the matcha’s quality as the natural sweetness comes through in a symphony of umami and bitterness.
Expiry: 27 Aug 2025
Delving deeper, this ceremonial matcha carries an undertone of pistachios and ends with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. We recommend using Miyama to craft Usucha (Pure Matcha Tea) and Matcha Latte to taste it's optimum quality.

Ingredients: 100% Stone-ground Matcha
Tasting notes: Umami / Pistachio / Sweet Undertone
Brewing Guide - Pure Matcha
Step 1: Measure out 2 grams of Matcha
Step 2 : Pour 70 grams of 80°c of hot water
Step 3: Stir with a whisk until everything is incorporate
Step 4 : Ready to be drink
Matcha Latte
Step 1: Measure out 4 grams of Matcha and 5 grams of Brown sugar
Step 2: Pour 20 grams of 80°c of hot water
Step 3: Stir until the mixture is smooth
Step 4 : Add 160ml of warm milk
