AjiDo Kombu Tsuyu is a concentrated soup base flavoured with premium Japanese kombu (kelp seaweed) that gives a rich taste profile in your dishes!
With umami-packed dashi in the mixture, Ajido Kombu Tsuyu is surely the first choice for you when you are craving for a bowl of hot udon soup!
You can use AjiDo Kombu Tsuyu to make hot or cold soup for Japanese menu such as:
a. Udon Soup/Ramen Soup.
b. Soup for Sukiyaki (Hot pot).
c. Cold dipping sauce for soba.
d. Dipping sauce for tempura.
Recommended Preparation Method:
1. For hot soup, dilute the sos with hot water with the ratio sauce : water = 1 : 3. Bring the mixture to a boil.
2. For cold soup, dilute the sos with water with the ratio sauce : water = 1 : 2.
3. If you like the taste to be lighter, add more water to the sauce.
Tips :
For even better flavour, add shiitake mushrooms to the soup!
