1) ITEM: HARDEX GREY RTV SILICONE GASKET MAKER RS 625
DESCRIPTION:
A non-corrosive, low odour and sensor safe gasket maker. It features excellent oil, cooling and shop fluids resistance. Specially formulated for high torque application which requires a unique RTV silicone gasket maker. It remains flexible and stable at temperatures ranging from -80ºF to 625ºF (62ºC – 329ºC) intermittent. Exceeds manufacturers’ performance requirements.
RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS:
- Intake manifold end seal, valve covers, timing covers, water pumps, thermostat housings and others.
2) ITEM: HARDEX RED RTV SILICONE GASKET MAKER RS 650
DESCRIPTION:
A unique product formulated to withstand high temperatures up to 650ºF. It forms any size and shape gasket which can resist high temperature, pressure, cracking, shrinking and migrating caused by thermal cycling. Temperature range -80ºF to 650ºF intermittent.
RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS:
- Timing covers, intake manifold end seal, valve covers, water pumps and exhaust manifolds.
3) ITEM: HARDEX BLUE RTV SILICONE GASKET MAKER RS 680
For heavy duty usage. It forms any size and shape gasket which can resist high temperature and pressure. Excellent oil resistance, joint movement tolerance and more flexible than normal cork gasket. Temperature range -65ºF to 500ºF intermittent.
RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS:
- Thermostat housings, timing covers, oil pans, valve covers, water pumps and exhaust manifolds.
3) ITEM: HARDEX BLACK RTV SILICONE GASKET MAKER RS 660
DESCRIPTION:
A unique product which is fast curing and able to withstand temperatures up to 500ºF. Makes reliable “formed-in-place” gaskets which can resist high temperature, pressure, cracking, shrinking and migrating caused by thermal cycling. Temperature range -65ºF to 500ºF intermittent.
RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS:
- Make any size or shape gasket instantly
- Resists oil, water and transmission fluid
