The product is good, convenient to use. But charging time is very long (2-3 hours) and when I wana use it, to heat it up, it takes at least 30mins. If you are in a hurry it’s not a good idea. Expect a more natural look but if you have baby hair and wana a perfect straight hair, then this is not it
