Ovaltine Hot : Mix 3 spoons (30g) of Ovaltine powder with 150 ml of hot water.

Ovaltine Cold : Mix 3 spoons (30g) of Ovaltine powder with 100 ml of hot water and add enough ice to enjoy.

Recommended daily intake : 1 serving.
