Happy Grass Soft Beancurd Powder (Serbuk Tau Huay Lembut)
Method:
Soft Bean Curd Powder 1 pack
Water 1000ml
Soya Milk 2000ml
Sugar 50g
- Add water, soya milk and sugar into a pot. Bring it to boil.
Turn off the flake, add Happy Grass Soft Bean Curd Powder and mix thoroughly.
- Simmer for 5 mins. Open lid and remove excess bubbles with a spoon.
- Pour into container. Wait for the mixture to cool and set before placing into the fridge for a few hours. DElicious chilled Dou Huay is ready to be served.
NB: Soya Milk must be stirred continuously while boiling to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot.
Not: For better taste, you may replace the plain water with pandan water.
