🔺 Application Methods
① Base surface cleaning: The base surface must be flat, firm, clean, no water and osmosis, dents. Cracks and leakage must be fixed first. Internal and external angles to be made round.
② Apply it with a roller or brush.
③ The coating (especially the primer) should be constantly stirred even when in use.
④ The coating should be applied evenly without precipitation.
⑤ Apply a new coating on top of the other when the previous layer is not sticky to hand.
⑥ Each layer must be coated according to the specified quality. It should not be too thick or too thin.
⑦ Use the QL- Non-Woven Fabric to strengthen smaller parts. After applying the first layer, paste the QL- Non-Woven Fabric without using water; thereafter apply the second and third layers.
**Recommended Amount: 1.5～2.0mm thick (1.5～2.0kg/㎡)
