order on 8/7 arrived on 14/7. already make 4 drinks using this. follow all the instruction before use it. pre-heat agak slow takes several minutes. better do all the espresso first then change to steam. kalau buat 1 espresso 1 steam milk akan jadi lambat. good for home used. overall nice product!.
