Product Usage

Put a bag into 1/2 cup of boiling water & leave for 3-5 minutes to draw out the goodness anti oxidents and flavours. Ready to drink if you like it hot and if you like it cold, once it cools down, discord the tea bag and pour it over a glass of ice. Enjoy!
