[ Return / Damage Policy ]

For Faulty Item - Any Damage caused during Shipment can be Return Back for Exchange or Refund. Buyer can request for "Return Refund", or request for Replacement. (If the Order are "Complete", Only Replacement will be given)

 

For Return Refund, Buyer are request to send back every item in order to get the full refund.

 

If the Item Is incomplete , or damage by buyer (Not Damage by delivery), Will Be rejected for any replacement. the item will be sent back to buyer.

 

For Replacement, Buyer must send back the defect item first ( We will post out new set after received the defect one)

 

Only for replacement, Either replacement for other product for same value. (For Out of stock Item)

No Refund Will be given (Unless Special Reason)
