Storage Instructions:
* Store breast milk in single serving size to avoid wastage
* Do not fill up to the maximum, allow some space for expansion when milk freezes
* Close the cover and screw it tight
* Write the date and time it was expressed
* Store breast milk in refrigerator/freezer
* Keep breast milk in the back of the freezer / refrigerator away from the door
Storage duration guidelines:
Room Temperature (25°C ) - 4 to 6 hours
Refrigerator ( 0 to 3.9°C ) - 3 to 5 days
Freezer of a two-door refrigerator ( -18 °C ) - 3 to 4 months
Deep freezer ( -20°C ) - 6 months or longer
Feeding Instructions:
* Use breastmilk that has been in the refrigerator or freezer the longest first
* If stored in a freezer: Thaw frozen milk in the refrigerator first or place milk storage bottle straight in a bowl of warm water
* If stored in a refrigerator: Place the milk storage bottle in a bowl of warm water to prepare for feeding
* We do not recommend feeding babies direct from breast milk storage bottles. Best to pour to another clean feeding bottle to ensure optimum hygiene.
* Discard any leftover breast milk
* Do not refreeze thawed breastmilk
Care Instructions:
* Wash all milk storage bottle parts in warm soapy water and rinse with hot water before first use
* Wash with warm soapy water and rinse well after each use. Then immerse all cleansed breastmilk storage bottles in hot water for 15 minutes and then air dry them
* Replace milk storage bottle when it shows signs of wear and tear
* Avoid direct contact with stove, high heat, flame and solvents
Warnings:
* Never warm or thaw breast milk in a microwave
* Always test the temperature of milk before feeding baby
