Solvent based ink (Oil based ink) is used for silk screen printing / painting on glass, wood, plastic (eg PP, PE, PVC, Acrylic, ABS, EVA, Nylon, etc), canvas, non-woven fabric, metal, vinyl sticker (normally PVC) road tax holder / sticker (normally PVC), windscreen sticker (normally PVC), ziplock bag (sometimes PP, sometimes EVA), and many many more.
Please double confirm the exact material of your product before ordering the right ink and retarder.
Instruction :-
1. Add RETARDER (10-20% by weight) into solvent-based ink before printing.
2. (For Uncoated Metal/Glass Ink) Add HARDENER (10-20% by weight) into solvent-based ink before printing. The mixture must be used within 4 hours.
3. Use CLEANER to clean the screen and tools after printing (Do not use water).
Remark :-
1. Recommendation of Mesh Count : TG-1800 to TG-3000.
2. Uncoated Metal/Glass Ink requires ink hardener. It comes with the ink, 0.5kg/tin.
3. Close the hardener tightly after use.
