Product description
Whole meal pasta uses 100% Durum wheat, loaded with a high amount of protein, complex carbs and incredible source for fibre. Whole meal pasta is a better Pasta option as the process of making whole meal pasta that uses durum wheat eliminates all brans and germs while grain wheat still contains some.
The pasta has the same shape as Spaghetti but made from wholemeal semolina using 100% Durum wheat. Furthermore, it contains 3 times more fibre than regular spaghetti! The pasta also does not contain any artificial colourings, flacouring and preservatives, making it a better option to choose than any other brand.
A Brief History
San Remo has epitomised the culture and tradition of pasta making since its inception in 1936, when it was founded by Luigi Crotti. San Remo Durum wheat mill is one of the largest and most sophisticated in the Australian/South-East Asian region, and was specially designed for the processing of Durum wheat.
