Procedures:

- STEP 1: Open the packet and take out the whitening strips with dry hand, peel strips from the backing liner.

- STEP 2: Apply gel side of whitening strip to teeth by using a mirror. Align the straight edge of the strip with your gumline and press gently with finger pads to help mold the strip to the shape of your teeth. Fold the excess strip around the back of your teeth to help keep strip in place.

- STEP 3: Wear the whitening strips for 30 minutes.

- STEP 4: Remove the whitening strips carefully and wash the gel on teeth after use.

Precautions:

- This product is not a substitute for regular dental care. Visit your dentist regularly.

- It is not recommended for pregnant women or children under 12 years old.

- Do not use the strips if you have mouth ulcers, gum injury or after oral operations.

- Avoid contact with eyes, rinse with water immediately if contact occurs.

- Do not swallow plastic strip.
