Copper coin grass is a very popular potted plant, whether at home or in the office, it is a very popular plant. The leaves are round, like miniature lotus leaves, quite cute, like ancient copper coins, symbolizing reunion and good luck. And the name is stained with the words "copper" and "money", which naturally means different things: a family has copper money, rolling in wealth, and is therefore considered a symbol of wealth.
Copper coin grass has a strong vitality. You can use a cup or bottle at home and use hydroponic cultivation to raise it. However, to make it burst, you also need some maintenance techniques. Let's take a look at this technique!
First soak the seeds in water to let them break their shells and take root. Use a low mouth wide basin for hydroponics, place the seeds of Lysimachia tenuifolia in the basin, and add water until the seeds are just submerged. Leave it in a cool and ventilated environment for 2 to 4 days, and you can see the seeds of the coin clover break their shells and take root in the slowest week.
When the copperwort has taken root, continue to maintain, and the next step is to sprout. When the tender root grows to 4-6 mm, move the coin money grass to the ventilated balcony or windowsill to receive warm and moderate scattered light for nourishment. The daily illumination time is about 2~3 hours. When the seedlings grow, they can be transplanted into the real hydroponic environment.
Be careful when transplanting into the hydroponic bottle. The vase should not be too deep, mainly in a short pot. When the water level is half or two-thirds of the seedlings, the growth capacity of the copperwort will be lost if it is submerged. Water shall be changed every 3-5 days, and water mist shall be sprayed around to increase air humidity under high temperature in summer.
